Informant: Róza Mermelstein, homemaker, Szolyva, known personally to registrar
Deceased: widow Mrs. Dávid Mermelstein born Eige Kacz, Jewish, homemaker, residence and birthplace Szolyva, age 80 years
Spouse: the late Dávid Mermelstein
Father: the late Sepszl Kacz farmer Szolva
Mother: the late unknown
Death: Szolyva, 14 April 1906, 4 p.m.
Cause: old age
Remark: Having been the deceased's daughter and accomodation provider, informant has direct knowledge of the death.
Read forth, explained in the German language, approved, and signed.
