She passed away the first day of Rosh Chodesh Shvat 5667

'Reb' is an honorific; it does not mean rabbi.

There is an error in the way the Hebrew date of death is stated. "Rosh Chodesh" means "head of the month", marking the beginning of a new month on the Hebrew calendar. This can be a one-day or two-day event. During the year 5667, the month of Shvat had only one day of Rosh Chodesh, so it should have been stated simply as "She passed away on Rosh Chodesh of Shvat ...", not "... on the first day of Rosh Chodesh of Shvat")
