No, this is the death certificate of his wife.

A few lines from the bottom, on the left, you can see the word "verstorben". This word means "died", and any document that has this will indicate that this is a death document.

It is dated in Charlottenburg, November 7th, 1912.

The person reporting the death was the tradesman Moritz Gehr.

The deceased was Doris Gehr, nee Goldstein, 69 years old, Jewish, residing in Berlin-Schoeneberg, born in Labischin, district city of Posen, married to the retired Gerson Gehr, daughter of the tannery owner Moses Goldstein and his wife Taube nee Moses, both deceased, last residing in Labischin.
She passed away in Charlottenburg on November 6th, 1912.
