This is a death document.

The deceased was Martha Sara Gehr, nee Schindler, Jewish, residing in Berlin. She died on June 18th, 1940, in the Jewish Community Hospital in Berlin.

She was born October 19th, 1878, in Berlin. Her father was Simon Schindler, her mother was Gertrude nee Schindler. She was married to Jakob Israel Gehr. They were married on June 18th, 1908.

The death was reported by Martha Sara Gabriel-Israel.

The cause of death was rectal cancer.
