Dear Group, this is a difficult one. Old polish mixed with Latin.

In addition to translation, I am very interested in dating this document. While there's a date ("1789") in the text, the head of the page seems to show "1842", and the bottom of the page shows "1843".

Thank you!

7/11/2021 2:21 PM You know the year is 1789, you underlined with highlighter. The added notes were put there later - the pen and handwriting are different.
7/12/2021 8:18 AM I don't know Polish, but the number in the upper left corner is not a year but a registration number of the German speaking Austrian administration: Ueb.Nr.242;
The remark in the left bottom corner is also part of the same Austrian Administration, including the year 1843:
L.G. 8048/1843
fuers Kreisamt (K.k. county administration)
