please translate the last known letter from our family in Radviliskis before the Nazi onslaught in Lithuania. it was just found among the possessions of her niece.

My dear grandmother, aunts, uncles and cousins be well. I received your letter this past Friday. We are very happy to hear that you are all doing well. From our side I can write you that we are all doing well work and earn to make a living My dear forgive me for not responding right away. I can write you that I did not have time as I was required to take exams this week. I Leizer'ke and Yoel'ke took this week exams from 4 classes of mid-school [elementary?]. We went this whole winter to Jewish evening school. Here it's now free for all to study for free. For young and old everyone also a specialty field is available for all to learn for free whatever he wants. If someone has very good qualities to learn a field or to educate themselves and he doesn't have from where to make a living he gets support. That is for living. It was now introduced here that every ??? man up to 50 years must have passed 3 classes of folks-school. This is ??? and for whoever doesn't have it was introduced now evening courses and it must be taken. We also have courses special in Russian and whoever wants can take them.
