The waiter Jakob Böhm [Boehm] of Jewish religion, declares that Ottilie Böhm, of Jewish religion, born Wittenberg has wife, has given birth in his home in Breslau to to a child of feminine gender on November 14, 1900, in the morning at 3.30 o’clock and given the child the names of Ella Eva
