Informant: Abrahám Godinger, farmer, residence Priszlop, known personally to registrar
Deceased: Ruchlya Fixler Godinger, Jewish, farmer-woman, residence Priszlop, birthplace Ó-Holyatin, age 70 years
Spouse: Izsák Godinger
Father: the late Mózes Fixler Godinger, Priszlop
Mother: the late Jidesz Fixler, Ó-Holyatin
Death: Priszlop, 19 January 1898, 9 p.m.
Cause: old age
Remark: informant states that the deceased was his grandmother. The father's residence is not Priszlop, but Ó-Holyatin.
Read forth, explained, approved, and signed.
(Informant's signature line says: "Jewish writing".)

Ó-Holyatin: later Tarfalu, now Holiatyn, Ukraine
Priszlop: later Pereszlő, now Pryslip, Ukraine
Toronya: now Torun', Ukraine
