Here's a practical extract

In the Magistrate of Nowy Dwor, on 26th of May 1933.........Rabbi Lejb Neufeld with Nochem Zylberman bachelor 22 years old son of Berk Zylberman and Peril Cyzli Goldman of the house of Taub

And the maiden Bajla - Ruchla Zajdenberg 28 years old daughter of Lejbusia and Gitle of the house of Szjnholz of Nowy Dwor. Before the witnesses Szlama Gotliba 24 years old and Dawid Lerych 25 years old on the twenty-fifth of May 1933 Nuta Noechem Zylberman bachelor and maiden Bajla Ruchal Zajdebberg........

Then a listing of when the marriage bans were read.

Note signatures at the bottom. A Zlyberman (no first name and BR Zajdenberg (the bride)
