Category: Translation - Polish Approval Date: 6/23/2021 10:32 AM Family Surname: Hersz Zayda Country: Poland Town: Lowicz Date of Image: July 1 1855	Click the picture to enlarge	This is a death record and I would like a translation to confirm the date, and place and also the age at death of Herz.. Parents names and surviving wife and children and other pertinent info. Thanks

6/25/2021 9:54 PM	d. 19 june (1 july) 75 years died here but resident of Przytyk
6/25/2021 10:49 PM	Herzs' father's name is Jakob and mother's name as best as I can read it is perhaps Corbic Kraynde
6/26/2021 9:54 AM	Jakob and Kraynde were his children.
6/27/2021 12:22 PM	Document dated 6/19 and 7/1 1855 year. Jewish Witnesses:Josik Migial (szkolnik - szames) 66 year of age, and Icik Sobocki 40 years old; they stated that today at 6am here in "Lowicz" pased away Herszek Zayic 75 years of age from the town of Przytyk. He left a son Jakob and Cwibic Kraynde also living in Przytyk. Signed by the witnesses.
