I would like to know the translation of the hebrew on the tombstone.

Here lie

"Those who were beloved and pleasant in their lives, and were not separated in death".

'Reb' is an honorific; it does not mean rabbi.

The quote at the top, "Those who were beloved ... " is from the Bible, when David mourned the deaths of his friend Jonathan and Jonathan's father King Saul; they had died in battle. It is most commonly found when two people died on the same day.

I think "and the important one" may be misleading.

An alternative translation:

"Our dear and important [or esteemed] Mother"

Important is an adjective you will find on a woman's tombstone. "Important" is the correct translation of the modern usage of the word, however on a woman's gravestone, it's there in the sense of "esteemed" or "respected".
