It came to pass on the thirtieth day of November in the year of eighteen fifty-five, at the hour of three in the afternoon, in Lublin, capital of the governorate. Appeared personally observant Jews Kielman Bokser, a servant at a synagogue supervision, forty-eight years of age, and Tobjasz Liberman, a broker, twenty-four years of age, both residing here in Lublin, and jointly stated that Lejbus Manes Fuchs, married, having children, a small merchant, twenty-nine years of age, born and residing here in Lublin, the son of the Fuchs, namely a married couple Jakob Lejzor and Hinda, had deceased the day before, at midnight, here in Lublin in a house no. 612, leaving behind him his wife Itta and two daughters, Chaja and Chana-Laja. It was visually ascertained that Leybus Manes Fuchs had deceased. This act was read aloud to the appearers, who were acquaintances of the deceased, and subsequently signed by the same.
