Meine lieben! Wir teilen Euch mit dass die Karte Eure von 4.11. haben wir erhalten und mit Freude gelesen. Ich habe bekommen eine Karte von Josefen dass er sehr krank ist und er hat bekommen von Fräulein Ida 40 Tabletten. Sein Vater ist auch sehr krank. Warum schreibt Jakob nicht zu uns. Wir alle seinen sehr unruhig dass wir haben keine Nachricht von Jakob. Wir bitten dich sehr lieber Zygmund dass Jakob soll sofort zu uns schreiben. Wir alle seinen zufrieden dass Ida(?) gesund befindet sich. Wir bitten euch sehr dass ihr sollt an uns nicht vergessen und oft schreiben. Wir alle grüssen und küssen euch herzlichst.

My dear loved ones! We would like you to know that we received your card from November 4th. and were happy to read it. I received a card from Josef and it says that he is very sick. He got 40 tablets from Miss Ida. His father is also very ill. Why is Jakob not writing/ We are very worried that we don't have any news from him. Please, dear Zygmund (Sigmund?) tell Jakob that he should write right away. We are all happy that Ida(?) is well. Please don't forget us and write often. Greetings and kisses from all our hearts.
