My dears, dear Line !
Have received your card of 1 May with thanks. The reception of this letter as well as the arrival of the postal code I already communicated to you. Like you write me, is Eugen healthy and well, about which I am happy, but how are you? I see in your last letter that you many times have a problem with him. Probably the cause is that you have to let other people care for the baby. I know that you worry that much about this. Pay attention and occupy when you are at home for the most of the time with him. Tell Eugen that I would be happy when he will be a real good boy and will behave and not make problems anymore. It is that heavy for me and for you. Dear Line, that the child under these circumstances is suffering. But I ask you not to let your head down even when it is heavy from time to time. How was the Sunday? When you again send me a card, send me a card with a view because it is spring one with flowers and green. How is Marie and her Mann and the little Gertrud?
