This is from my grandfathers machzor and would appreciate the translation

The first 3 paragraphs are in Hebrew.
The last paragraph says "The father's yorzeit (date of death) is the 5th day of the second month of Adar" (in leap years there are 2 months of Adar, Adar aleph and Adar bet).
"The mother's yorzeit is the 4th day of the month of Kislev.

For this I cry my eyes shed water on the passing of my dear uncle known to everyone R' Yosef son of R' Avroham Mizrachi who died ??? the night of Friday (Thursday night) and the eve of Yom Kippur year 56[73] 20th September 1912

...Mirzrahi, may the memory of the Tsadik be blessed [זצ"ל = זכר צדיק לברכה] who died on Thursday evening [after sunset].
Tzadik in this abreviation means a righteous man.
