Warning.
1. This stamped coupon is the property of the person registered.
2. This coupon must be carefully kept.
3. After stamping, the coupon must _immediately be shown to the landlord_ ["accomodations-giver"] and must be signed by him, and then must be entered in the _alphabetical register_ in those places where such registers are required to be kept.
4. In cities and communities under the jurisdiction of police registration-offices, men _who have reached the age of 12, but have not exceeded the age of 70_, upon permanently moving out of the residence, must attach this certification-coupon to the _deregistration form_.

Note that in paragraph 3, the Hungarian doesn't say anything about the gender of the landlord/landlady; it's just the English that gets very clunky if I try to stay gender-neutral.
