This identity card may only be used for trips that are indispensably necessary, and on no account on short distances. In case of an employee, this identity card is only valid in conjunction with the certificate of employment. The identity card and the certificate of employment should be prolonged monthly by an employer. In case of the change of an employer, the previous identity card loses it validity. As soon as the circumstances confirmed in this identity card cease to be true, the owner is obliged to return it to the issuer without undue delay.

Every misuse of this identity card will be punished.
