If it has be written in the papers where I was born, you have to write that I was born in _Vilkiovishki, the district of Kovna_ because now I'm a Lithuanian of course and obviously I must have been born _here_. If you've already ---- the papers --- that I was born in the Grodno district don't do that[?] ---- _The District of Grodno does not belong to Lithuania_
