[adjective I don't know] proclamations that call to excesses [?] over the Jews and to boycott them a year or two ago one couldn't have imagined that people would come to that but it turns out that the Lithuanians are no better than the Poles it was [written? published?] that all the world's Jews should help Lithuania ---

[the text continues with a comparison of the size of Poland which is a big land and one can exist there economically but Lithuania is so small that you can choke here.]
