Unfortunately, the Jewish marriage records for Hajdudorog on FamilySearch skip from 1865 on one image (346 of 543) to 1872 on the next (347 of 543), and judging by the death of an eight-month-old Lázár Stein in June 1867 (image 375) and a five-year-old Samuel Stein in 1873 (image 377), the parents of Lajos probably got married right around the beginning of 1866. (Those are the only Stein deaths I found; the register covers 1851 to 1895.)
