4/23/2021 5:48 AM I hereby prove, that this copy is identical with the original presented to me in my office in the quarter no 1 of Szvir city, house no 8, by Olin Jeklo Hersko Zravics (??), inhabitant of Szvir. When the copy and the original were compared, no corrections, no missing letters or missing words were found. The original had a 60 kopek stamp. The present copy was issued for a permit to move into the interior of Russian empire.
City of Szkvir, 17th July 1902, registry no. 1301. Notary Vivdenko, with own hands, place of sigil.
