No. 9. Sochocin. It came to pass on the tenth day of March in the year of eighteen fifty-nine, at the hour of nine in the morning, in the Town of Sochocin. Appeared personally observant Jews Szmul Kociol, a shammes, forty-eight years of age, and Mosiek Aron Wass, a barber surgeon, twenty-eight years of age, both residing in Sochocin, and jointly stated that the observant Jew Hersz Wolek Tykocinski, bearing a double name, staying beside his parents, three years old, born in the Town of Sochocin from the married couple Moszek Tykocinski and Sura Tykocinski, the observant Jews residing here in Sochocin, had deceased on the ninth day of the current month of the current year, at the hour of eleven at night, leaving behind him his parents. It was visually ascertained that Herszek Wolek Tykocinski had deceased. This act was read aloud to the appearers and subsequently signed by the same and myself.
