It came to pass in the city of Płońsk on the 15th/27th of August 1886 at 3:00 PM that there appeared [before us] in person the Jews Jakub Wasercug, age 66, and Moszek Josek Piernik, age 53, members of the Synagogue Council of Płońsk, and informed us that, yesterday at 3:00 AM in the city of Płońsk, there died Chaim-Ber Zausznica, age 86, son of Hersz & Fajga Zausznica. After eyewitness confirmation of the passing of Chaim-Ber, this document was read out to the informants and duly signed.
