Hello Bruce,

The translation of the wording as follows:

Reb Yechiel Michol, Ben/(son of) Reb Yonah Mitshel/Mitchel, died on the 28th day of the Hebrew month of the Hebrew month of Cheshvan/(inscribed as Marcheshvan) in the Hebrew year ??. May his soul be bound up in the bonds of life.

The word "Reb" is used preceding the double given name of both the son and his father, however it does NOT imply rabbi. Not sure if the father's name is a double given name or a given name and surname. Usually surnames are not included in the given name inscription.

The Hebrew month is inscribed as Marcheshvan but is more generally referred to as Cheshvan.
