Category: Interpretation Approval Date: 8/8/2021 3:18 PM Family Surname: Applebaum Country: Belarus Town: Pruzhany Date of Image: 13 Aug 1920	Click the picture to enlarge	This is the remanifest of the three children, Sylvia, William and my grandmother, Ida Applebaum. In my previous image I see that my great-grandmother, Ester Applebaum was manifest but the children were deemed "aliens" and remanifested to this new document. Does anyone know why that would happen or what it meant?

8/8/2021 3:34 PM	Ester was a US citizen. The children were originally listed with her, on the page with US citizens. Evidently, the documentation Ester provided for them was insufficient proof of their citizenship and their names were transferred to a page for aliens.
