II. Simche Gold is the lessee of the propination right in Dabrowa Rzeczycka, and as such, he owns an inn situated there at number one. Simche Gold hereby rents out to Abraham Schmidt one room in this inn located on the north side of the inn, for one year starting from the first of July of the current year and at a rent of 10 zlotys, which Abraham Schmidt agrees to pay upon the transfer of possession of this room to him on the first day of July of the current year, under pain of enforcement. Simche Gold agrees to transfer possession of this room to Abraham Schmidt on the first day of July of the current year, and for that purpose, to hand over the keys to this room to him. The tenancy will expire without prior notice after the lapse of one year. The notarial deed thus drawn up was read out clearly and verbatim to the declarants, in the presence of the witnesses Juda Adwokat and Jozef Perlman, both industrialists from Rozwadow, both known to me personally, and was acknowledged by the declarants to be in accordance with their will and signed by the same witnesses and me, an Imperial and Royal Notary.

Rozwadow, the 23rd of June 1878.
