Thanks to JRI I have now received the marriage registration of my great-great-great-great grandparents. This is very exciting! I would be so appreciative of a translation of this document. Thank you as always!

Hello,
Here is all the information. Note that the bride’s parents’ surname, which I think is ABUSIEWICZ, could be a surname in its own right or merely a patronymic (son of Abusz) applied to Boruch.

Registration of Marriage: Bychawa, 28 June 1836, 11 a.m. [11:00]

Religious Marriage: 27 June 1836, performed by local religious official Maier HOROWICZ

Groom: Szmul DORNSTRAUCH, unmarried, shoemaker, residing in Bychawa, 21 years old, born in Modliborzyce, son of Leyzor DORNSTRAUCH and Ruchla DORNSTRAUCH, parents both deceased

Bride: Chana, 30 years old, day-laborer in Bychawa, widow of Jol CUKIERMAN (who died on 4 May 1833), daughter of Boruch and Liba ABUSIEWICZ[?], parents both deceased

Witnesses: Jankiel FLICHTENRECHT, synagogue sexton, 57 years old; and Dawid FRYDMAN, day-laborer, 38 years old; both residing here in Bychawa

Marriage Banns (Announcements): Published at the synagogue in Bychawa on 11, 18, and 25 June 1836

The newlyweds did not conclude any prenuptial agreement.
