Hello,
Here is all the relevant information. Note that the child was born eleven years before the birth was registered; the father’s listed age is as of the time of registration.

Birth: Mogielnica, 14 May 1848

Father (Declarant): Szmul ALEXANDROWICZ, carpenter, 39 years old, residing in Mogielnica

Mother (Wife of Declarant): Łaia née RAJCH, deceased at the time of registration

Child: Mosiek Lejb

Sex: Male

Witnesses: Szmul ZAJLE[?], 45 years old; and Izrael GUTMAN, 69 years old; both merchants residing in Mogielnica
