The tena’im (pre-wedding contract) is between Yaakov (=Jacobo) Shalom son of Avraham Dinerstein representing his son the groom Chaim (probably Jaime), and Eliyahu son of Aharon Eyshishki representing his sister-in-law the bride Tsipe daughter of David Tsvi Lachowski.
The wedding date was set for 3 Adar II 5665 (Gregorian calendar: 10 March 1905, Julian: 25 February 1905).
The guarantors were Mordechai son of Moshe Goldberg and Shlomo son of Moshe Goldberg.
Warsaw, 14 Adar I 5665 (Gregorian: 18 February 1905)

The two copies of the tena’im are the same. Teller and Berman are not mentioned.
