This is the 1835 birth record from Dobrzyń nad Drwęcą, Rypin, Płock, Poland for my great-great-great-grandfather. JRI-Poland lists the following information from this record:

Date: 7 January 1835 (I assume this is the Gregorian date);
Child: Salomon LONDON;
Father: Dawid, aged 23;
Mother: Gaila, aged 21;
Witness: Salomon WOLDENBERG, aged 56.

I don’t need a full translation, but, since this is a particularly important record for me, I’d be grateful if someone could:

1) Check whether all the details listed above are correct, especially the mother’s name, which should be Bayla; and
2) Tell me any other details from the record, such as the mother’s maiden name, and the parents’ patronymics, occupations, residences, and birth places.

Thanks so much! Hopefully the handwriting isn’t too hard to read.
