Looking for a Russian/English translation of the attached marriage record. Meyer and Eva Lichetenstein Barg emigrated from Poland to NYC in the 1890s (several sources indicated 1891 while his 1905 naturalization records stated 1899) with several children, all likely born in either Miedzyrzec Podlaski or Siedlce in eastern Poland. Meyer Barg's father was named as Mordechai/Mortke in Barg's 1933 NYC death record (age given as 80) while his mother's name was rendered as "Duba."

Объявляем, что в присутствии свидетелей:
Берка Фельман, 43 года и Гершка Тривакса,54 года, оба школьника (религиозные служители)
Сегодня, 2 марта 1882 года, в 6 часов вечера заключен религиозный брачный союз между:
Янкелем Миром Барг, вдовцом, 26 лет, сын Мордка и Довы Перли, супругов Бар, в Межиречье живущих и
Хаваю Нехою Лихтенштейн, девицею, 22 года, дочерью Мишка и Идесь, супругов Бар, в Межиречье живущею.
Браку предшествовали 3 оглашения проводившиеся в шабасовые дни в Межиречской еврейской Божнице 6,13,20 февраля этого года.
Религиозный обряд бракосочетания совершил раввин Межиречского округа Иссер Шапира.
Акт этот присутствующим прочитан, нами и свидетелями подписан. Другие же писать не умеют.
Чиновник Гражданского Состояния.
) До 1917 года город Мендзыжец-Подляски в Польше назывался Межиречье.

Drawn up in the town of Mezhirechye *) on March 2, 1882, at 7:00 PM.
We hereby declare that, in the presence of witnesses
— Berka Felman, aged 43, and Gershka Trivaks, aged 54, both *shkolniks* (religious functionaries)—
today, March 2, 1882, at 6:00 PM,
a religious marriage union was concluded between:
Yankel Mir Barg, a widower, aged 26, son of the spouses Mordko and Dova Perlya Barg, residents of Mezhirechye, and
Hava Nekhoya Likhtenshteyn, a maiden, aged 22, daughter of the spouses Mishko and Ides Barg, residents of Mezhirechye.
The marriage was preceded by three announcements made on Sabbaths at the Mezhirechye Jewish synagogue on February 6, 13, and 20 of this year.
The religious marriage ceremony was performed by Isser Shapira, Rabbi of the Mezhirechye district.
This record was read to those present and signed by us and the witnesses; the others do not know how to write. Civil Status Official.
*) Until 1917, the town of Międzyrzec Podlaski in Poland was known as Mezhirechye.
