Translation help requested for entry no. 141 in this Vilna family or household register. Source: Lithuanian State Historical Archives (LVIA), fond 938, inventory 10, file 442, page 37 according to the archive filename.

Please transcribe the entry's full name and patronymic, the household and other reference numbers, and the related text across both pages. Please explain what the adjacent years and dates label. Most importantly, please transcribe the later handwritten annotation that may include “28 April 1895”: whose event does it describe, and what word follows the date? Please do not infer that this is the household head's birth date unless the wording says so.

If the visible page number differs from 37, please tell me what you read. A partial transcription marking uncertain words is more useful than a guessed complete translation. Thank you.
