Please transcribe and translate the complete entry for Movsha [name and patronymic to be verified], including his age and the wording referring to his father's family and tenth-revision household no. 3672. Is the document dated 24 January 1871 or 24 January 1872? The final digit has been read both ways.

A reading of the relevant Russian words, with uncertain letters marked, would be especially helpful. I do not need entry no. 21 translated. Thank you.
