Could you transcribe the Russian text for the child's name, both parents' names (including patronymics and surname), and the birth and circumcision dates, then translate it? Is a register year visible on this image? Most importantly, does the father's surname actually read Kimels/Kimelev, or something else? Please mark uncertain letters rather than resolving them from the suggested name. I do not need the other entries translated. Thank you.
