Akta 70 is my great-great-grandfather’s first-cousin’s 1854 birth record from Łomza, Łomza, Poland. I would be grateful if someone could translate it in full (or at least everything that isn’t the standard wording of a birth record).

Names that I would expect to see in the text are:
- the child: Herszk Szapsa KWIATOWICZ;
- his father: Mordka Michel, son of Szapsa KWIATOWICZ & Sura Ryfka;
- his mother: Leja, daughter of Abraham WAJNTROB & Mirka Idźkowicz.
