Attached is a registration card relating to a Rzetelny family which may be connected to the family of my great-grandmother Itta Laja Rzetelna. Only now have I discovered that her father, Chaim Zyskind Rzetelny, was first married to another woman and, a year after her passing, married Itta's mother.

It is quite probable that the family described in this card is Chaim's first family. They seem to have moved from Kaluszyn to Lodz as well, and one of their addresses noted in the card is identical to that of the other family: 8/3 Aleksandrowska st.
