Attached is a registration card relating to the family of my great-grandmother Itta Laja Rzetelna. I have yet to encounter a registration card so abundant in corrections and notes. She was the daughter of Chaim Zyskind Rzetelny and Golda Chaja Brzytwa/Brytwa. The date of April 09, 1917 noted to the right is the date of Chaim's passing. I intend to upload yet another Rzetelny registration card which may or may not be related to this particular family. Would like to receive your assistance in translation. Thank you; Hatimah Tovah!

Hello,
Here is all the information. Some of the notes are difficult to interpret. Also, certain pieces of information were initially written in German, but then overwritten in Polish.

Head of Household: Chaim RZETELNY, son of Majer, (laborer [crossed out]) weaver, born on 30 November 1852 in Kałuszyn, Jewish religion, Polish citizen, permanent resident of Łódź

Family (all Jewish, all born in Kałuszyn):

(1) Golda née BRYTWA (BRITWA [crossed out]), born in 1863

(2) Hena Gitla, born in 1891, [penciled note] moved to unknown location as of 12 September 1919

(3) Ruchla, born in 1895

(4) Itta Laja, born in 1899

(5) Jacob, born in 1901, [penciled note] 19 August 1920 to the army

(6) Sima, born in 1903, [penciled note] Nowaka[?] 6

(7) Chawa, born in 1909
