Please translate this Russian-language Jewish civil birth record in full, including all dates, ages, occupations, addresses, witnesses, and signatures. It is act 76 for Boruch Hersz Wajnryb, Piotrkow Trybunalski, 1885. The Polish Geneteka index identifies his parents as Pinkus Zelik Wajnryb and Maria Goldsztajn, but please read the original independently and note any discrepancy. Явился Пинкус Зелик В.а.н.р.ы.б / польский язык: Pinkus Zelik Wajnryb /, пекарь, 28 лет, в присутствии Ляйзер Роземблюм, божничного писаря, 31 год ,и Гершлик Наймар, частного писаря, 22 лет и предъявили нам младенца мужского пола, объявляя, что он родился в городе Петроков 5/17 мая 1885 года в 7 часов утра от законной жены его Мария ,урождённой Гольдштайн, 26 лет. Младенцу этому даны имена Борух Герш (польский язык: Boruch Hersz).
Акт окончен, объявляющему и присутствующим прочитан, нами и ими подписан.

Pinkus Zelik V.A.N.R.Y.B. / Polish: Pinkus Zelik Wajnryb/, a baker, 28 years old, appeared in the presence of Leizer Rozemblyum, a clerk, 31 years old, and Gershlik Naimar, a private clerk, 22 years old, and presented us with a male baby, announcing that he was born in the city of Petrokov on May 5/17, 1885, at 7 a.m., from his lawful wife Maria, nee Goldstein, 26 years old.
This infant is given the names Boruch Hersh (Polish: Boruch Hersz).
The act is completed, read to the person announcing and to those present, and signed by us and them.
