Состоялось в посаде Зарембы-Костельне дня 8/20 августа 1887 года в 1 час дня.
Явился Мортко Лейбко В.Е.Н.Г.Е.Р.К.А., мельник, имеющий от роду 36 лет постоянный житель посада Зарембы-Костельне, в присутствии свидетелей:
Шлямы ШПАКЕРА, солтыса **) посада Зарембы-Костельне, имеющего от роду 49 лет и
Янкеля ЗИЛЬБЕРБЕРГА, сапожника, имеющего от роду 39 лет, обоих постоянных жителей посада Зарембы-Костельне и предъявил нам младенца мужского пола, объявляя что таковой
родился в посаде Зарембы-Костельне дня 4/16 апреля 1880 года в 9 часов вечером от законной его жены Ханы Берковны, урожденной ШТЫЛЬ, имеющей от роду 37 лет.
Младенцу этому дано имя Хаим Пейсах.
Причиною позднего заявления младенца было замедление родителей. Акт сей прочитан явившимся, нами и Шлямою ШПАКЕРОМ подписан; отец и Янкель Зильберберг неграмотны.
Содержащий Акта Гражданского Состояния подпись УСЦИНЬСКИЙ.
*) Солтыс подчинялся непосредственно войту, стоявшему во главе гмины, в состав которой входила община. Солтыс представлял общину в гминном правлении, а также в государственных органах. Он приносил присягу на верность Польше.
**) Гмина (польск. gmina) — это наименьшая административная единица в Польше, аналог муниципалитета. Само слово происходит от немецкого Gemeinde («община»).

Drawn up in the town of Zaręby-Kościelne on August 8/20, 1887, at 1:00 PM.
Appeared Mortko Lejbko W.E.N.G.E.R.K.A., a miller, 36 years of age and a permanent resident of the town of Zaręby-Kościelne, in the presence of witnesses:
Shlama SHPAKER, *soltys* **) of the town of Zaręby-Kościelne, 49 years of age, and
Yankel ZILBERBERG, a shoemaker, 39 years of age—both permanent residents of the town of Zaręby-Kościelne—and presented to us a male infant, declaring that he was
born in the town of Zaręby-Kościelne on April 4/16, 1880, at 9:00 PM, to his lawful wife Khana Berkovna, née SHTYL, 37 years of age.
The infant was given the name Khaim Peysakh.
The reason for the late declaration of the infant was the parents' delay.
This act was read to the person who appeared and was signed by us and Shlama SHPAKER; the father and Yankel Zilberberg are illiterate.
Signature of the Civil Registry Official: USTSINSKY.
*) The *soltys* was subordinate directly to the *wojt* (head of the *gmina*), who led the *gmina* (commune) of which the local community was a part. The *soltys* represented the community in the *gmina* administration as well as before state authorities. He swore an oath of allegiance to Poland.
**) *Gmina* (Polish: *gmina*) is the smallest administrative unit in Poland, analogous to a municipality. The word itself derives from the German *Gemeinde* ("community").
