Here is all the information on the family. To me, the surname looks like ENGIER.

Registration: Dubienka, 25 March 1819, 1 p.m. [13:00]

Birth: At the parents’ residence, House No. 33 [or 39?]; 24 March 1819, 2 a.m. [02:00]

Child: Szulim

Sex: Male

Father (Declarant): Josio[?] ENGIER, 38 years old, merchant, residing in Dubienka

Mother (Wife of Declarant): Chawa née BERKOWICZ, 24 years old
