This is a Napoleonic-format civil register entry, so it reads as one long legal paragraph rather than a table. The good news is that the wording is formulaic, which means once you can see the skeleton the facts fall out in a fixed order.

Record No. 65, Akt Urodzenia Religii Żydowskiey (birth record, Jewish religion).

Registered 9 December 1812 at 9 in the morning, before the Registrar of Civil Status of the Będzin commune, Olkusz county, Kraków department.

There appeared Abraam Trapaer[?], a merchant, aged 25, resident in Będzin, and presented a female child, born in his house, No. 13, on 7 December 1812.

He declared the child was begotten of himself and Bayla née Węgler, aged 20, his wife, and that his wish was to give her the name Frumentka.

Witnesses, both resident in Będzin: Zandel Lewkowicz, aged 33, and Judka [?] Szulman, aged 34, described as wierny Synagogi Będzińskiey - the sexton or beadle of the Będzin synagogue. The act was read aloud to those present and signed.

Three honest caveats. The surname is written with an ambiguous vowel and reads to me closer to Trapaer than Tropauer, so I would treat the spelling as scribal rather than settled. Zandel Lewkowicz's occupation I cannot read with confidence and I would rather leave it blank than guess at it. And the middle word in Judka Szulman's name is not clear to me either.

The one thing I would flag before you file this: the name given to the child is Frumentka. Bajla is the mother. Frumentka is a diminutive in the Fruma / Frumet family, which is worth knowing because it will appear in later records in several forms and rarely this one.

Two dates rather than one is normal for these registers and often trips people up. The 7th is the birth, the 9th is the day the father walked in and registered it.
