Philipp was the father of my G.G.G mother from my mother's Fraenkel side of the family.I know they lived in Breslau and later in Berlin. I hope you can translate the document for me.

Today, the merchant Oscar LEOPOLD, identified by the death certificate [a separate document], residing in Berlin at Lützowstraße 27, appeared before the undersigned Civil Registrar and declared [the following]:

that the merchant Moritz FRÄNKEL, 53 years old, Jewish religion, residing in Charlottenburg at Kurfürstendamm 226, born in Krotoschin [Krotoszyn, Poland], married (for the second time) with Hedwig née LEOPOLD; son of the shochet Philipp FRÄNKEL and his wife Taube née FISCHEL, both deceased in Loslau [Wodzisław Śląski, Poland];

died in Charlottenburg at his residence on the 12th of November 1898 at 1 o’clock in the morning.

The appearing party declared that he was informed of the death through his own knowledge.
