I would be thankful for a translation of the Hebrew and help with the German, where I‘m not sure…
This should be the grave of Dori Hirsch, my grandmothers grandmother in Šafov/ Schaffa in Czechia near the Austrian border.

The text is partially worn away. Here is my best attempt.

A woman of 84 years

May her soul be bound up in the bond of life.

Hier ruht Frau

Dori Hirsch

gest. [gestorben] 2. Mai 1916

im 84. Lebensjahr

[die Trauernden]?

[Ihre] Kinder & Enkeln

[I'm afraid that I cannot make out the last line.]

This translates to:

Here rest Mrs.

Dori Hirsch

Died the 2nd of May, 1916

In the 84th year of her life

[mourned by?]

[her] children and grandchildren

(By the way, I was not able to see the complete Hebrew year. I was able to determine it based on the secular date and the fact that in the year 5676 the 29th of Nisan corresponded to May 2nd.)
