Without context from the headings, it's a bit tricky.
The text says:
Father townsman from Ostróg
Calel MARGULISZ
mother Szpryncia / daughter of
Jechok(a) (z domu = from the house of) = née GRUFERMAN.

Jechok was typically a man's name, so I can't tell if this is saying that Szpryncia was the daughter of Jechok GRUFERMAN, or whether perhaps her mother had been named Jechoka, which I suppose is possible.
