This is the back of a postcard photo from Russia around the World War 1 era.

I am seeking a complete, verbatim reading and translation the handwritten Hebrew text on the page.

It appears that the photo on the reverse is that of Kalonymos Kalman Lokshin (I'm not 100% sure of the end of the last name).

It is dated in a very traditional manner: In addition to the specific calendar date (18 Menachem Av, 5676; the month of Menachem Av is also known by the shorter name of Av), the card is also dated in terms of its relationship to the Torah portion that will be read in the synagogue on the upcoming Sabbath).

The corresponding secular date would have been between sunset August 16th, 1916, and sunset of the 17th.
