Hello,

Could anyone please help me transcribe and translate this Russian handwritten document?

The document dates from 1915 and is written in Russian cursive handwriting (pre-revolutionary Russian). I am particularly interested in obtaining an accurate transcription of the original Cyrillic text before translating it.

I would be very grateful if someone could provide:

1. A line-by-line transcription in the original Russian/Cyrillic, preserving the original spelling and pre-revolutionary orthography where possible.
2. A translation into English.
3. Please indicate with [?] or brackets any words that are uncertain rather than guessing.
4. The document contains the surname КОРЕНБЛУМЪ (Korenblum), which is important for my family history research.

I have already tried to read it myself, but some parts of the handwriting are very difficult to decipher.

Thank you very much for any help!

Genealogical Inferences & Historical Context

◦ Marital Status vs. Religious Reality: Although the Russian Imperial civil authority explicitly labels the mother as "unmarried" (*незамужняя*), this was extremely common among Polish Jewish families who had a religious marriage (Chuppah) registered solely with a Rabbi without fulfilling the formal, cost-incurring Russian/Polish civil registration requirements. genealogically, Mendel and
Chaia-Leya operated as a married couple, but civilly, the child was registered under illegitimacy rules or delayed recognition.
◦ Naming Variations: The given name recorded (*Хафитръ*) is an unusual phonetic transliteration, likely a legal clerk's attempt at a Yiddish double/compound name (such as *Chaim-Fitel*, *Chaim-Feiter*, or *Khaim Fiter*).
◦ Witness Occupations: Both witnesses are recorded as *частные писцы* (private scribes/clerks) living on Dzielna Street. In Warsaw vital record registration at this time, neighborhood scribes often acted as professional standard witnesses at civil registries for non-literate or working-class families
