Hello,
This is in Polish. Here is all the information (excepting the document citations and stamps, which are difficult for me to interpret) on Abram and the woman living with him.

The two are residing in dwelling number 7. The street is not named on this page. They also both formerly lived at ulica Rudnicka 17.

28: Abram WOŁKOWYSKI, son of Hirsz and Gitel, born in 1876 in Wilno [Vilna], married, Jewish, bookbinder

29: Basia [WOŁKOWYSKI], daughter of Abram Mordchel and Sima, born in 1909 in Wilno, unmarried, Jewish, day-laborer

Basia’s row also includes the address ulica Ogińskiego 15.

Clarification: While not specifically written, Basia's surname would be WOŁKOWYSKA, with the feminine ending.
