Here are the relevant details:

The marriage took place on the “fifth day” (of the Jewish week, which means between sunset on Wednesday and sunset on Thursday), on the 9th day of the month of Kislev of the year 5686. This date began at sunset on November 25th, 1925, and ended at sunset on November 26th.

The location was Philadelphia, North America.

The groom was Lezer, son of Gershon, known as Buntman. (Lezer is a Yiddish name derived from the Hebrew name Eliezer).

The bride was Goldie, daughter of Yisrael (Israel), known as Shar (or possibly Shor).

You asked about the dowry. I see the numbers 100 and 100, for a total of 200, but these do not refer to dollars, and they are pretty standard in a Ketuba. (You can find translations of standard Orthodox Ashkenazi Ketubas online).

As you indicate, the names of the witnesses (and, indeed, the remainder of the Ketuba, which usually just repeats the names of the bride and groom), are out of view.
