Состоялось в городе Варшава в Канцелярии Чиновника Гражданского состояния Нехристианских Исповеданий второго округа города Варшава 9/21 марта 1889 года.
Явился отец ребенка: Янкель Мительберг, шорник (изготавливал из кожи разные вещи),38 лет, под № 2589 живущим в Варшаве и в присутствии свидетелей предъявил ребенка женского пола, который родился
24 июня/ 6 июля 1888 года в 6 часов вечера в городе Варшава от него и его жены Тауба-Хана ,урожденной Ротгаймов, 26 лет, вместе с мужем живущей, и имя дано ей Я.Х.В.Е.Т.Ь.
Опоздание акта последовала по нерадению (необязательности, не знанию, не желанию…) родителей. Отец неграмотный.

Act No. 262.
It was held in the city of Warsaw, in the Office of the Civil Status Official for Non Christian Confessions of the second district of the city of Warsaw, on March 9/21, 1889.

The child’s father appeared:
Yankel Mitelberg, a saddler (who made various items from leather), aged 38, living in Warsaw under No. 2589, and in the presence of witnesses, presented a female child who was born.

On June 24 / July 6, 1888, at 6 p.m., in the city of Warsaw, from him and his wife Tauba Khan, née Rothgaimov, aged 26, who lived with her husband, and the name given to her was Y.A.H.V.E.T.

The delay in the act was due to the negligence (lack of diligence, lack of knowledge, lack of desire…) of the parents.

The father is illiterate.
