Please can someone help me translate the entry number 27 on the image. It is the marriage record of Zecharje Gottlieb and Lana Berger. I am specifically looking to clarify if his mother Serel Gottlieb was still alive at this date but also grateful for all the information contained. Thank you, Jamie Romer

No indication that his mother was deceased. If she had been, the record should have said something like "syn Moses Jakób i zmarłej Serli" but it just says "syn Moses Jakób i Serli".

Groom: Zacharje GOTTLIEB, born in Rawa, merchant, residing in Rawa, son of Moses Jakób and Serla GOTTLIEB from Rawa.
Born 1870, single.

Bride: Lana BERGER, born in Magierow, daughter of Hersch and Feiga BERGER from Magierow.
Born 1872, single.

Date and place of marriage: 25 January 1916, Rawa.

Rabbi: Josef Chaim RAPAPORT.

No witnesses recorded.

The comments column (writing not all that clear) says something about

1. Exemption from the birth registration requirement for brides (presumably no birth certificate)
2. Certificate from Rawa (presumably the groom's birth certificate)
3. A document from the rabbinate regarding the marriage (probably the entry in the marriage register)
